paid for the video recording through PayPal, plus extra for USB as requested by Peter (name of the service provider) through a bank transfer. I have followed up three times via email with no reply. When I called him to ask what was causing the delay, he advised me to pay for the USB again, I advised him that I have paid for it and then he hung up the phone in my ear. I called him 3 times after that, just in case the line dropped off, but he did not answer my call (the phone rang several times, therefore, he did not run out of battery).
