I had agonising tooth pain, contacted this clinic and they got me in swiftly.

I saw Dr. Agam Kaur, I explained that my tooth has caused me issues in the past, and that my previous dentist had told me if it flares up again it would probably need to come out.

So i was surprised when Dr. Kaur told me it would be okay for a root canal treatment. As she took my old filling out she noticed a big crack in the tooth, which she mentioned she will stop further in and let me know if it would be okay for the filling or if it would indeed need to come out.

She did not stop as she got further in, and did the filling anyway, when I asked about the crack, she said "it wasn't that bad".

I was very disappointed as I feel I was convinced to get a root canal treatment, or "go home and think about it" when I was still in pain and concerned about what to do.

The next evening (28 hours later) i was eating a spring roll and my tooth split in half, even the filling!

She never warned me that the crack could come back, so it was a surprise when my half my tooth was hanging on.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and having a filling break within 28 hours is unacceptable in my opinion.

No refunds or help was offered, i am absolutely appalled and will be letting everyone i know about this business and to stay away.

The dentists are ok, but reception, if attended is terrible. Had been recommending this practise to friends, but have finally given up on it due to continued poor customer service. It is good if you need urgent attention as it is quite easy to get an appointment. Though they may still make you wait close to an hour with an appointment.
