Rapid Plumbing was engaged by our Real Estate agent. There was a gas leak at the property. The gas was turned off at the meter by the gas authority.

Rapid Plumbing stated they where on site for 2hrs, provided a general report without finding the specific location of the fault and provided a quote.

For doing that and no rectification works they charged over $700 upfront.

The quote for actual works was quoted to be over $3500.

I got a different plumber who gave a free quote, conducted tests to specifically find the fault and completed works for a little over the $700 fee the agent was charged for the report only by Rapid Plumbing.

Please do yourself a favour and contact other plumbers for a free quote.

Our front garden tap was leaking, called Dwayne he arrived a short time later, replaced pipe and repaired leak. Very efficient, super nice guy, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
