      King Caravans became ta Distributor of Jayco Caravans. Adjoining land in Florence Street Moonah was purchased to enable our Caravan yard to expand. We purchased a larger site situated on main road Moonah to keep up with the ever-increasing range of Jayco products. King Caravans Jayco Service Centre was purchased Charles Street Moonah and developed to perform Jayco Servicing, Warranty and Repairs.

      How can I obtain a brochure?

      All brochures for Jayco recreational vehicles are available on our website under each model type found by selecting the “ Range” tab. Alternatively, hardcopy brochures are available from Jayco Dealerships.


      Where can I view or buy a Jayco RV?

      All inquiries regarding the purchase of a Jayco RV, are managed by Jayco dealerships who have trained sales staff able to assist with any questions you may have. Please refer to the “ find a dealer” tab on our website.


      I would like to have my RV’s ATM upgraded.

      Jayco does not alter the original manufacturing specifications on compliance plates. To have the ATM weight altered or upgraded on your compliance plate, you will need to seek the advice and assistance of an automotive engineer.


      Is my second-hand Jayco RV covered under warranty?

      Jayco’s 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty is transferable to the second owner. The 5-Year Structural Warranty is an offer limited to the original purchaser only.


      Will modifying my caravan affect my warranty?

      Modifications to your RV will not completely negate your warranty, however, if an issue for repair arises due to that particular modification, repairs may not be covered by Jayco warranty.


      I have a technical question about my RV?

      I need to purchase spare parts.

      Spare parts can be purchased from your nearest Jayco dealership service centre. You can find your nearest dealership on our website at www.Jayco.com.au in the Customer Care section. Alternatively, you can contact our Spare Parts Shop on 03 8792 2042 or [email protected] .


      Transferring an RV to a second owner

      To validate a transfer of ownership and update our records, please provide a copy of proof of purchase. A full copy of the registration document including the new owner’s name, address and VIN/Chassis number is normally sufficient. Please forward the details to [email protected].

      Got us out of trouble

      Our van was damaged due to very strong coastal winds during our stay at Stanley on the north west coast.. Jayco Hobart service centre (JF) attended to the repairs on the next business day and we have been able to resume our holiday. Our sincere thanks.

      You can't rely on Kings.

      After purchasing a 1999 Traveller caravan we took it to Kings for a full service and check out before our dream trip.One year later we took it for another service in Melbourne only to discover there were pieces of broken up wheel bearing in the axle grease which must have been there before Kings service. The stub axle was also bent and damaged. None of this was detected by Kings. We traveled half way around Australia thinking we had done all the correct preparations but disaster could have struck at any time.This year we replaced the Axle but at least we have peace of mind, no thanks to Kings.
