Received email from Ebay saying my parcel had been delivered (really!!!!)

No card in mail box NOTHING

Contacted Seller traced to alternate dropping point

Really annoyed

All I wanted to know was the address to drop an Express Parcel at the Hobart depot. I spoke to someone who had no idea, kept me on hold for 20 minutes then transferred me to a call routing system asking to select either 1 2 or 3. This just kept going on every 20 seconds and was not directed anywhere. I tried each number and NOTHING took me anywhere. Very poor

Why would a company send your enquiry to a call centre, God knows where, when a contact number for the actual facility in Hobart is all that is needed....... and no I would not recommend this company to a friend unless I can have a local number for contact.....
