I would happily recommend cost less decor blinds to everyone out there as I have been left 100% satisfied with not only their efficient service but the quality of my blinds and shutters are immaculate. Definitely a great company to deal with and I will happily pass on my experience to anyone looking for blinds, curtains, shutters etc. Thank you!

\So I am FURIOUS and would like to warn anyone in Melbourne that wants blinds/curtains/shutters - give these guys a wide berth!
We got all of our curtains and blinds, which meant spending a fair whack of cash as anyone that's seen the amount of windows we have would know, with these guys. They sent a professional installer to measure for the curtains. I told him that in the bedroom, I wanted the blinds to hit the top of the bed, which sits under the window. "To here!" I indicated, assuming that HIS job would be to measure where I had indicated, to whit: "TO HERE!". Well. Apparently, according to the boss, Rodney? I think his name is? "TO HERE" would not stand up in a court of law. Oh no. According to the boss, I should have said "I need this curtain to fall exactly 2550 mm below the window sill" or insert some such exact number there that would have then been indicated on the job sheet that the factory would then have made to correct specifications. So, the fact that I was standing there, with a live human being, who saw exactly where I wished the fall of the curtain to be, and who DID NOT MEASURE CORRECTLY TO THAT POINT, means nothing, and the fact that the curtain is too short and that light shines on our faces in the morning, defeating the purpose of having a blind, is absolutely, and completely my fault. Sorry, crappy curtain place, so sorry to have done my job as a consumer so badly.
Oh, and the outcome? Well, as it was clearly my fault, and as they let the curtain down to the lowest possible point in the seams (which I also paid for, as I had them back it with light blocking material also), there is nothing more they can do. Thanks for the absolutely BRILLIANT customer service. I'll be posting this review in as many places as I can possibly think so that your potential customers know that they should be ready to accept responsibility for any and all mistakes that may be made.

I was recommended by an interior designer who regularly uses cost less decor blinds on all her projects and found out first hand why she referred this company to me, They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
They are very professional and i found their prices very affordable.
