Staff ONLY interested in selling Plans - Customer service or assistance NON-EXISTENT. The standard reply from both Optus reps is to call OPTUS customer service (and presumably not bother them). If you really have to deal with OPTUS face to face , travel to another store , NOT MOONEE PONDS (Surely they are not typical of all of Optus ?)
