Don't bother using this Company. Ryan (Jenna the receptionist said he is the only Technician they had) but he is training two apprentices plus they only guarantee their work for 3 months and the part for 6 months $500 worth. Kelly is Ryan's manager never takes calls so receptionist takes messages and Kelly never rings back. It is like a bad dream.

Steer clear of this company:( They visited my home four times and my Daikin ducted heating still isn't working. And I'm out of pocket over $1000.
Initially I was told the unit likely needed a clean and service and that was done on visit one. I paid $400+ for that. The heater still didn't work and the technician said a part was required, for which I had to pay $640 upfront. I did so. On visits two and three the technician said he had been given the wrong parts. By visit four he was saying what was required was, in fact, a valve. I asked why I'd paid for expensive parts that didn't make a difference and may not have been required, and when he would be back.
After days of silence (and silence happened after every visit!) I phoned to see what was happening and when the technician would be back with the valve.
Btw, it's winter, freezing cold, and this dragged on for more than six weeks, during which time I had the start, middle and end of a flu.
The manager said he was now 'across the scenario' and that I would need to pay for a new motherboard (despite the onsite technician saying the motherboard wouldn't be the problem and looked fine) or should consider buying an entire new outside unit, at thousands of dollars.
On the phone and in writing I said this was all really unprofessional. I wanted a refund so I could go to a company that knows how to fix heaters. I just want this done. They responded with an officious letter, mentioning they hadn't yet charged me for the extra visits (!) and that they had cced their solicitor. So, off to VCAT for me. It's really cold tonight!

Do not use them! Although the salesman was really friendly & helpful and the installers cleaned up after themselves the basic errors and awful customer service following installation were horrendous! The job was completed by subcontractors and the new power safety board was not inspected as required, electric cabling was not secured in the ceiling and was laid diagonally across rather than following the beams. The A/C unit wasn't properly drained or fitted to the ground (it was adhered to the balcony using silicone sealant which lasted for 3 months before cracking and failing). The company were quite rude & condascending when I reported issues to them and often saying one thing over the phone then another in email. I ended up reporting to both VBA & ESV regarding the non-compliant works. It took a while for VBA to investigate but both organisations found the work to be defective and required remedial works to be undertaken. Apart from the sub-contractor plumber I have not received an apology. McKinnons have acknowleded that remedial works were required but have refused to apologise. I have been threatened with being taken to VCAT and quotes from their contract thrown at me. When I quoted back their website saying "passionate about service, quality workmanship and after sales support" all I got was silence. I have had to chase them to provide electrical safety and plumbing compliance certificates - even then they provided me with a plumbing certificate with the original installation date rather than following the completion of remedial works. I advise you not to use this company but you can make up your own mind!
