Keep Looking for another supplier.

Initially their sales skills and recommendations were great but it has been a series of disasters since then and not once have they apologised or even acknowledged the stuff up after stuff up. I got a full ducted gas system and evaporative airconditioning with them and nothing worked.

The gas wasnt connected to the gas heating, the water wasnt connected to the evaporative cooling and each time I need to call these guys because they have stuffed up something else I've been met with groans and a two week wait before they send someone out. Further to that they did not send out the extended warranty information (which needs to be returned to the supplier within 28 days) and 6 phone calls later nobody has done a thing or once told me what is going on.

These guys shouldn't be in the service industry if they cant get the fundamentals right. I'm a very patient person but these guys clearly just don't care once you've paid them.

Plenty of compeyition around for this work, I'd keep looking.

I had gas ducted heating put in by these guys. I could not fault them; they turned up on time, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.
