Useless repairer, agreed to fix my washing machine, took $130/-, removed the door lock returned back saying the door lock is ok but the control panel is faulty and he cant repair the same, but instead offered to sell a 4-5 year old refurbished and second hand washing machine at an unreasonable price ($350/-)! Not trustworthy and reliable repairer, don't be cheated by Neil Maurice pls beware!

Neil was friendly, prompt, professional and on time. I had tried to fit a new rubber door seal for my front loader myself and had the washing machine in pieces for a week! Eventually I called Neil in the morning, he arrived the same day and fitted the seal (bellows) in a few minutes after I had spent days. The you tube videos show you how to disassemble the beast but not how to fit the seal properly. Anyway, Neil to the rescue, fortunately he also had a sense of humour regarding my ameture attempt, and put it back together within the time allowed for the callout, which was much cheaper than most, including AEG. Will call Neil next time for sure.

I phoned many companies to try to get immediate help with my client washing machine, but couldn't find anyone. Neil came to the rescue!! He was extremely helpful and kind and fixed the problem in a jiffy. Thank you so much for your professional work...

Came out same day and fixed the problem on the spot for a reasonable fee. Recomended.

Neil provided prompt service, was honest in the assessment of our machine (not worth fixing) and then charged a more than reasonable price for the call out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic right from the first phone call! Reception was lovely, wasn't sure if they could handle my request so went to find out and called me straight back! Technician called and arrived when he said he would, was honest and didn't charge an absolute fortune! Actually, the callout, labour and parts were cheaper than another businesses call out fee! And a 3 month warranty to boot! Totally chuffed with the service and quality of work! Payment was easy, many options. Very happy camper! Highly recommended!
