Found air conditioning leak very quickly and fixed problem in 1hr would recommend to anyone

Over the past year I have been going to Express Auto every 2 months. They have provided me with quality service, exceptional prices and excellent advice. Gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable in the workshop and have remembered me on each visit.



As a guardian interlock service provider, I can assure you that they are the best place to get your device serviced in West / South West Sydney. They performed quality work on my car, without impacting the interior like other providers have in the past. Each time I have needed them, they have fit me in same day. I wouldnt hesitate to have any work done here.

Asking for a Quote over the phone to install some daytime running lights for my commodore, The Technician had no knowledge what i was talking about for a simple install & what i needed to be done, very rude over the phone & yet couldn't quote me, this is not how you do Business by giving horrible customer service, I never bothered even booking with them & crossed them off my Bucket list, Warning do not call they are rude

HORRIFYING customer service - I booked to have a number of electrical problems fixed (that I very clearly stated to them on the phone) with an Alfa Romeo car; I ensured to book 7 days in advance and I turned up today only to be told that they're very busy today and was advised to re-book in 1-2 days and he would need to get electrical diagrams for the car.

I told him why weren't the diagrams ready as I already had booked in several days in advance and he just gave me a look and said "mate, we told you we need the diagrams first!" - why do I need to wait (when you had several days to obtain them!) and take responsibility for your gross negligence!? Clearly wasting my time.

The shop is situated in a very bad area with limited or no parking, looks very unprofessional and is NOT the sort of service I expect when paying an Auto Electrician $100 an hour to run diagnostics and fix my car.

There is better out there and when you're paying such a high price for an auto electrician you expect more and can do better than this mob.

NEVER AGAIN.
