Worst service! Do not order from them.
Flowers not delivered. Then phones busy and uncontactable via email for the entire day.

Was contacted at 10:40 AM on the day of due delivery of an order to be informed they did not have the flowers to fulfil the order as their local supplier could not get them from the market. When quizzed why are you informing me so late I was advised they just were notified.
They tried to replace my item with an equivalent item and see if that could be done but there was no guarantee and I had to ask if they had other suppliers to contact which they replied yes. They contacted Interflora to organise the delivery and confirmed that it was all done.
I receive a call at 2:40pm later in the day informing me that the order can not be fulfilled and they are processing a refund, no options or customer service to try and make sure there was no other options.
Signs of a business with poor networks to deliver so would not use them if you are expecting to have an order placed especially with their late nonfiction of the issues.
Much better online flower places available than this rubbish service

I sent some flowers as a Thank You, the flowers arrived looking beautiful and the person absolutely loved them. They were so fresh. I found the ordering process online to be easy. The selection is amazing.... and reasonably prices. I would have no trouble in recommending.

What a terrible company!!!
I wish to give NO stars at all if I could, the one star 'Terrible' is such a compliment to them. Ordered some flower for a friend's mum birthday in one day advance. No show up, no flower, left 3 phone numbers at time of ordering, no call. What's wrong with you guys?

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a week before Valentines Day, however they failed to deliver any flowers or call me to notify that they were having difficulties. I contacted them the next day, only for the company to tell me that "they were too busy" to fill my order.
I understand that it's the busiest time of year for them, however some notification is necessary so that I can order with another company. If you require fresh flowers that are delivered on the day that you requested without ongoing contractual disputes, do not use this company.
