Kerrie's Kundalini yoga classes are very well structured and led. She is a natural teacher and has the ability to make all of her students feel comfortable and relaxed. Her classes are diverse and interesting and include mediation and relaxation. Kerrie also plays the gong which is incredibly soothing - a truly beautiful experience.
