Refuse to fix broken drive cog missing teeth

Put rideon in for service, came back unrideble.

sneeky delivery 2 hours before stated time so I could not see problem as it was unloaded.

Just to get it out of shop

No explanation on how THEY broke it

Prices of parts for service way above retail

They rip you off straight away knowing you will not be back

NO pride in workmanship

Will be telling everybody of disgraceful treatment

Today I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received from the mower centre Morayfield . I literally had to walk out of the store due to the rudeness of the shop attendant. She was abrupt and completely unhelpful.

I will never be dealing with this shop again. I took my chainsaw( which I bought from them) to get repaired for perishing fuel line. It turns out they only replaced the one that broke. After a few uses another that had not been replaced broke, and evidently damaged the carby and I was expected to pay for repairs that nearly equaled the value of a new chainsaw. They weren't interested that they hadn't done the job properly the first time, and wouldn't even meet me half way.
In the past they were always distant and uninterested when I have taken the chainsaw in. The first time I picked it up after the broken fuel lines they were rude and told me to use fuel preservative like speaking to a bratty child. I am not some low life, but a well educated professional that spent my younger years on a farm(and a few of my older ones) tinkering with equipment.
I have used fuel preservative in all my fuel for years. I also empty the tanks and run them dry (except for my blower which is used very regularly). No other machine has perished or hardened fuel lines, and all are older than this chainsaw.
Very poor form, and disappointing from a local business.

Do NOT deal with these people! The cord snapped on my mower. I took it in to get replaced. Brought it home, saw there was no fuel, filled it up and started mowing. It was long till I had to stop and empty the catcher as my lawn hadn't been mowed in a while. When I tried to restart it, I pulled the cord and it just went loose and didn't retract. I took it back in and left it to be fixed properly this time and I got a call demanding more money to fix the cord assembly. They told me that I must have run out of fuel and not realised and I must have just keep pulling on the cord and pulling too hard and it's my fault it broke. I told them that is NOT what happened. The receptionist said she would have the mechanic call me back. Five days later, no call. I called them and the owner answered. He was extremely rude to me. He argued with me, raised his voice ,told me what I was saying was rubbish and that I would have to pay them more money and that's that and then hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that? Avoid this business!!
