Horrible service

Didn't fix the issues requested and the miserable old bloke at the front counter could take a few customer service lessons. Genuinely lies to your face and makes you feel like it's your fault. Will not be back

Dear viewers, i had my new car up for service to metro motors Morley, because of the engine light was flashing , gave the car for 1st time and they gave me back same day by charging me $ 1000 with the same engine light flashing after an hour .
Went back again next day then they said they will fix it asap with no apologies, gave my car back after a week this time engine light was fixed . second day after that, my car shut down at Cannington and we called metro motors again they said they will pay for towing, as we live in Morley RAC charged us $190 and metro motors denied to pay the towing amount when we reached there .
This is the third week gave the car back again for a week again and they end up charging us $ 790.
This time we spoke to the Garry (manager ) and got a rude reply that you must have physically damaged the car where as the car was with us only for overnight ...

same with the customer care they said they cant do any thing ....

well this doesn't stops here now air con has stopped working and engine oil is leaking badly ...

what a shame metro motors.So please people don't go there and please donot give your hard earn money to them
They charge you lots of money to make their profits only.

Absolutely Metromotors Morley is worst car dealer and service showroom ever in Perth! ! ! They are selling too expensive and damaged second hand cars also just distracting customers till when extended waranty is expire. Please do not trust and buy any vehicle from morley metromotors. You will be regret if you buy any vehicle from them.
