This business scammed my 85 year old father saying they unlocked his iphone 6 plus. These phone are not locked. When confronted they claimed they sent a job iff to be done in vietnam and are not resposible. It is a scam

I paid $250 to have 2 iPad screens replaced here, 2 days later both cracked without being dropped or roughly handled. One was being held by my niece when it got its first crack, then completely shattered when put into her school bag and is now damaged to the point that it wont turn on. The other Ipad slipped off a desk but was caught straight away before it hit the ground, but now has cracks all over it. Both are in high quality protective cases and both had the protective screen covers on them that we purchased from Mobile Tech.
When I brought them back to the store they refused to fix them, saying that I wasn't telling the truth and that I must have dropped them both and that they weren't covered by the warranty.
I would highly recommend that NO ONE uses this service as they provide poor quality products and refuse to be held accountable for it.
My iPad was a gift to me after I left full time teaching to become a youth counsellor. I do not earn very much money and paying for it to get fixed the first time over stretched my budget. Paying for it twice is not an option. It is not acceptable that this business takes advantage of its customers and refuses to accept responsibility for a product that is below manufacturer standards.
This will be taken to Consumer Affairs.
