Paws up pet grooming

I had to cancel and gave 24 hours notice and was told I can no longer take my dog there. The lady was so rude with how she said this.



In the past at drop off she had been rude and dismissive however I didn’t think too much into it but now I know they only care about $$

I took my two border collies, Redly and Deziel, who live on a small rural area. They were in need of a bath, clip, and comb out. The Groomer did an excellent job on both of my dogs. Very pleased. I will go back, I also got a free throw ball and some treats for my boys. Thanks Paws Up !!

I arrived with my puppy for a groom and other dogs were wandering around the premises without being on a lead. One of those dogs nipped at my puppy and then proceeded to sit in front of the door, blocking me from leaving and staff had no control and were not able to move the dog. I attempted to speak with staff about my dog's puppy coat, however they did not have any knowledge and were not able to give any insight (a different groomer the following week advised that my dogs coat was matting as her (puppy) coat was dead and she required a full clip to remove the puppy coat). I left contemplating going back in to getting my puppy and I wish I had as it was a waste of money and she required another groom by a professional the following week.
