Don't go here for any sake! Save yourself the troubles and disappointment. I booked in a 60min myotherapy session and was 5mins late, they seemed to be okay with it as I apologised profusely, and then we proceeded into the massage room. Just as we were about to start the therapy, Andrea, the therapist then told me that we would be doing only 45mins as I was late however I would still need to pay for the full 60mins. I said that I didn't appreciate that they'd only tell me this now after we had already gone into the room, and that I did not feel it was fair. Most places would leave some leeway between appointments to accommodate for exactly this situation. She then continued to waste time by rolling her eyes and talking back and forth with her manager, before returning to the room and brushing it off, saying we would just do the whole session then it's okay.
However we didn't. We stopped at 45mins. When going to pay I had to have a further argument with Emma (the business owner) about paying for something I did not receive. She did not budge. Instead, she further complained that I could not use my $60voucher in conjunction with my Bupa healthcare card and the Mornington Yacht Club member discount. Even though, my mother does this every time and it is always possible. After another 10mins of back and forthing she conceeded that it was possible to use these however she would not let me pay for a 45mins session only. Finally, when she tried to swipe my Bupa card, it "wouldn't work" And she said I had to claim it back myself. So disheartened and shaking already, I gave up and said okay. Only to find that when I paid, she wouldn't give me a tax invoice for me to claim it back with!! She simply yelled at me saying she has another customer waiting and she doesn't have time and she will email it to me, then she threw a ripped piece of paper at me and said write your email down here and then she ran off to her client in a room.
