Really appreciate their Australian based call centre. They are always happy to help and I like their online tools.

Amazing speed and service, best internet company we have been with. We live in an area that has had terrible service for years until nbn came in. Went with Aussie broadband and never had a problem. We used to have low speed and our internet constantly dropping out when we were with Telstra. And calling them up was just a massive waste of time. Any time we have had a problem, Aussie broadband fixed it in 1 phone call. Thanks Aussie broadband

We moved to Aussie Broadband when NBN came to our area (from Internode). Despite the usual NBN Co caused issues and delays, Aussie Broadband have been brilliant. The quality of their network is excellent, and the genuine, down-to-earth Aussie service is second to none. Have referred a heap of people to Aussie Broadband, and will continue to do so. Please keep up the great work guys!

My connection type is Fixed Wireless NBN 50/20

setup was done quickly and very easy aside from a few nbn contractor issues that was sorted out eventually by the sales staff

connection is reliable and doesnt slow down, no dropsouts either

aussiebroadband probably has the most best customer service ever however when you apply for a job to work they ignore you so i would bother with that side of things

We have been with Aussiebroadband for just over 5months now and have experienced nothing but poor signal strength, dropouts and slow internet connection speeds. Not happy.

Be Careful with Aussie Broadband. Avoid at all possible costs. They'e not a good company. They will LOCK you in and make you pay by threatening and intimidating letters and phone calls (regardless of you paying on time and being loyal) ......It's the worst company you could ever deal with -Outdated plans and Outdated Customer Service, a total OUTDATED COMPANY, run by a bunch of old grumpy nannies! if you sign up with these guys, GOOD LUCK for the next 24 months of your life!
