No matter if you're ahead in your rent, paid all your bills, completed all inspections, always followed direction and requirements set by the real estate you will still have a fight on your hands at the end of the tenancy.

My property manager tried to make me responsible for removal of items that were clearly shown in condition report photos i.e. already at the property. He was arrogant and persisted for two days until it was unrealistic for him to continue with such clear evidence that he was wrong. But no acknowledgement of his error or an apology.

Do yourself a favour, go through someone else.

As a landlord I have had nothing but great service and prompt communication from this business. Their service is excellent.

DO NOT RENT THRU THEM !!!
They are extremely rude their property managers treat you like rubbish an have not been taught how to speak to people in a normal and grown up manner, they will not fix anything if the property has a problem and will make you feel as though your on your own yet they will take your money !! If you have a problem they will find a legal way to evict you even if rent is paid on time !! Distrurbing behaviour to a single mother of two who pays on time disgusting, they have a great credibility of selling homes ... But not an inch of customer service for the families renting !!! You problems will only get worse !!!!
