Ultra Tune

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with [Company Name] today. I spoke with a lady regarding my ute, and unfortunately, her attitude over the phone was unprofessional and rude. I tried to cooperate and resolve my concerns, but instead, she lied about the situation to the owner. As a result, the owner told me not to come in, which was completely uncalled for. I was simply seeking assistance but was met with dishonesty and poor customer service. To make matters worse, the way the company responds to reviews is equally rude, which only adds to the negative experience. I hope the company addresses these issues and works toward improving the way they treat customers.
