Mount Gravatt Mower Centre

Have done a fair bit of business at this shop over the years and have always had good old fashioned down to earth service. The owner always takes a keen interest, and personally takes care of business, especially if there are any issues. I live on the north side of town and am happy to spend the 20 bucks in tolls to drive over to Mt Gravatt to know that I am not going to get ripped off with either purchase or service.

I was a pleasantly surprised how many mowers and trimmers they had on display. I was also surprised this small business was so much cheaper that hardware stores and they show me how to use it. After the lady staff member dealt with man pig and his son, the lady staff member said some people do not respond to reason and we have no choice but call the police. There were 3 other customers buying mowers laughing at that customer filming himself, what an idiot. Keep up the good work mt Gravatt Mower Centre and its good to see a Lady Manager standing up to a man when he was clearly in the wrong and was acting like a child.

I bought my third mower from this shop, had a small fault and it was fixed in 1 day. This shop is the way to go... They were very busy. I told them I was in a rush and they were very willing to help me get my mower back as quickly as possible and kept there promise's. They even phone me back. That is not heard of in this day and age.

After going to 4 mower shops, these guys had quickest turn around time. They are straight shotters and they told me have been mixing and selling mowers for over 40 years.I would recommended them to anyone all they ask is as they have a small shop we pick it up ASAP. They also told me if I didnt they have to store the mower off site (far enough)

I took my lawn mower for repair and service
Took 2 weeks for quote ($165)
1 week to repair ,only takes 4 hrs to service my car
Couldn't get back to collect for 2 weeks (I was away)
Then charged $35 storage fees
This guy has no idea of customer service is rude,arrogant and obnoxious
Will never return
