Absolutely First Class Detailing

Glenn does all my customers vehicles for the past 20 years. Highly recommended very good prices and the vehicles look like they came out of the showroom every time. Friendly and reliable and always does a great job, I can see he has a passion in what he does. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A1 Every time!!!

We booked in for a Cut and Polish on 24th Feb 2014 ,
Glenn Arrived on time and we let him use our loading yard to use water and electricity. He simply said come back after 90 minutes. He simply forgot that being a business address , the whole thing was under camera surveillance and all the boys at work were watching because they were all keen to get a cut and polish too .
Expectation
He was supposed to wash the car , Then use the rubbing compound and buffing gun to remove the scratches and then polish the car.

Delivery
As we watched , he spent all his time washing the car and wiping it dry . He then started applying the polish .He did not pull out his buffing gun at all !! . We later walk across to the yard and he says he is finished and all minor scratches which were meant to be buffed back were still there.
He hadn't bothered to open the doors and wash / polish the door trim area , nor had he cleaned the gutters in the boot area.
Leave alone cut and polish , he had not even done a decent car wash which is worth $30 at the local car wash

When we asked him why he didn't remove any scratches , He simply shot back to say all the scratches have been removed and he swore that he had used the buffing gun. We then pointed to the camera and said we have been watching him.

Without any argument , we simply handed out the money and sent him away .
Very disappointed with the job . A local Car wash would do a better job for third of the price.

Would not recommend
