Really happy with the finished product. Christian was helpful in explaining the product and assisting with my queries. Clayton arrived early, and did a good job with the install, and went above and beyond in his service. I ordered a reverse osmosis undersink system, and Clayton was able to squeeze in the large tank under the sink, and make some minor adjustments to the shelving to retain as much storage space as possible. Also loved the small bonus water testing kit that was thrown in, thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a undersink water filter.

Compared Biopure's products with others on web and at Bunnings. Able to glean more useful information from their phone people and website than most others to help in making the decision. Called their support line and questions were answered very well. Price is comparative or cheaper than any other quality water filter products. On receipt of product in just 2 days it is obvious that this is high quality and doesn't have the cheap feel of some other products. Relatively easy to install with good instructions. Any reasonable handyman could do. They also offer a installation service. Highly recommended.
