Mt Ommaney Centre

Terrible. As a first time patient, I just needed a script filled and needed no more than 10 minutes. I work 5 minutes away and thought an appointment in my 1 hour lunch time would be easily doable.

My appointment time was 12.30 and I was told to arrive at 12.15 to fill in paperwork as a new patient there. I arrived at 12.15 p.m. and at 1.25 p.m. I STILL had not seen the doctor. I followed up with the front desk numerous times to ask how long the doctor was running behind because I had to get back to work. Was told the person with the appointment before me was still in there and "shouldn't be too much longer." Got to the point where I knew I was going to be 30 minutes late back to work and I could not wait any longer. Not until I went to the desk and told them that I could not wait any longer did the woman decide to pick up the phone and call the doctor to see what was going on. Sorry, too little too late. No point checking when I'm walking out the door. Multiple other doctors at the centre, staff knew I had been waiting 1 hour and also did not try and get me into see another doctor when the whole waiting room had filled and emptied multiple times in the time I was there and there was not one other patient remaining.
