Here is my story I hope you read it and never use this company Professional Blinds & Awnings (PBA)



Firstly I had multiple appointments with the owner Matthew who either did not turn up for appointments or when he did turn up he was late.



The job: I was getting flyscreens for a 3 Bedroom House



Matthew measured the flyscreens And was the cheapest quote.



I spoke to him about not turning up and being late and he assured me it would not happen again. I put down half the money as a deposit.



I booked in the flyscreens he told me two weeks I booked it on 20.4.18 and he did not do the job until 25.5.18



He changed the time on the installation multiple times. Then when he installed them every flyscreen was too small



I advised him of the issues with his work and that the flyscreens were unuseable after multiple attempts to contact he finally replied



He said he would come out and replace the flyscreens I organised a date and time and he did not show up again



I asked for a refund which he agreed to however he did not give me the refund and now I have a compliant through fair trading



My dealings with Matthew since then have been negative with him even making up conversations we never had .
