Ace Roofing Repairs

Had an appointment to quote roof repairs. They didn't show up or contact me to cancel. Rang them, they make excuses, apologised and rescheduled for following week. Newly scheduled time came around and they again didn't show up or call to advise they wouldn't be coming. If they don't have the common courtesy or consideration for others to spend 30 seconds to up the phone, I wouldn't trust they won't take the same approach to quality of work. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time.

They seem to know what they are doing but communication skills can be improved. No respect to their customer at all, ranting on the phone on his own job condition and saying not needing money

Rang twice to request help with a ceiling leak but never had a call back. Obviously don't need new business.
