I had Oshea plumbing out to do a quote on a toilet repair, They gave a few different options but was outraged at the prices, for the basic fix it was well over $400 dollars, after I said I was not happy still had to pay call out fee, I got another plumber to fix the job and also got them to do say quotes as Oshea and there were 3-4 times the price!!!!! Do not use

We had a tap with a very bad lead. The technician came with an excellent collection of taps to choose from and then proceed to fix with one we chose efficiently, making the minimum of mess. He was a good craftsman, making sure all was working well before leaving.

My sink was overflowing from a blocked drain and Sam from O'Shea plumbing came out within 2hrs and fixed it! They were not too expensive and offered fantastic prompt service

This company was very prompt in an emergency. Jarett was the name of the plumber who worked to fix a broken pipe. Was not an easy job as it was under paving. He fixed the pipe and replaced the paving leaving our front yard perfect. I would call this company again.

I rang the Bundoora office a week ago to get someone to repair my broken ducted heating. I left my details and a short message on the answering machine/voice mail and did not even get a return phone call.

Just had a plumber come over from O'Shea plumbing to replace 2 taps in our bathroom (The taps are supplied by me and not O"Shea). He first quoted me $751. I advised him that it was overpriced. He advised me that it was how they did business at O'Shea, they dotted their I's and crossed their T's. He was a nice enough guy but his company ridiculously overpriced. He returned after speaking with the boss and dropped it to $650. I've had 2 leaks for a while now and was desperate to fix it once and for all. I hope for the price I was charged, there will be no leaks for a while.

We have been using O'Shea Plumbing for over 8 years and we think your company is fantastic! The service is excellent, we have had the pleasure of dealing with most of your plumbers over the years and after all those years you still have the same plumbers working for you, it just goes to show that not only are you a professional company, your staff love working for you, you must be doing something very right.
The plumbers are always neatly dressed, courteous, polite and extremely helpful; they go to great lengths to explain what they will be doing and what they have done. They are totally reliable and prompt, in as much as ringing to advise they will be arriving at a particular time, nothing seems to be too much trouble for any of them.
It is evident that customer service is paramount to you at O'Shea Plumbing, from the very first phone call to the aftercare service; where you are speaking with Marie, her friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the phone makes a huge difference to customer service, it is such a refreshing experience, you certainly excel in this area. There is no comparison your company is truly outstanding, family comes in many guises and your family owned company genuinely does care.
