Worst, laziest,and discriminatory

i booked a service on 13 July and they promised me i will recieve a text message for confirmation but it was NEVER sent to my phone so i missed this service. I gave them a call to book it again. They told me to come 2 weeks later on a Saturday morning and they will send another confirmation txt message to me. BUT i didn't receive it. The day before sending my car, i told them to send me an email for confirmation of service as txt message does not work. They said okay but i didn't receive their email. On the service day, i sent my car there at 8am (on Saturday), they told me it was not booked and my car was NOT in there system so i missed this service again. My mate booked a service and got a shuttle bus taking him to Burwood Highway. But this time i can't get one as they said it was over 5km. when i made complaint,

the reception never listen a word but always wanna get rid of you by promptly saying someone will contact you and shut the online chat asap . i just feel they easily lose patience. They promised someone will call me but they never did. I doubt the good rating from facebook reviews was simply supported by their mates or family. If you wanna have a quality European car and ruin your aftersales experience, come and "enjoy" in this dealership.

I dont konw how these guys stay in business. I visited their car lot five times and despite looking inside cars and being clearly interested in some models the sales staff never left their office. In fact I never saw one sales man in the lot. I went inside to ask reception if someone could help and she call over the speaker (and looked reluctant to do it).

after 10 minutes and no response we just left never to return.

I would add that my experience was not unique. A tradesman was venting of his experience with them. He managed to purchase a car somehow, but it had to be ordered in. Barloworld said they would call when it was there, but never did. When the Tradie called to ask about progress the response was "it has been here a week, why havn't you come it to get it"?

Don't bother with them.
