Put our gas hot water service in, left fittings loose. Then 2 yrs down the track started having issues with it and asked for him to come look at it. He wouldn't give me a date or time and ended up verbally abusing me

Graeme was very quick to arrive to fix my taps in my shower. He showed me the fault and when explaining I needed new ones offered suggestions on what may be better for me as I’m elderly. I had another issue that I thought I’d have to replace at a large cost, but he said it only needed a screw, to which he fixed. Also helped me with my back tap. Very thoughtful, respectful man with a great work ethic. Will definitely be calling and referring Graeme in the future if needed, very reasonably priced, didn’t try to rip off the old lady. My dog loved him too, she barks at everyone but not him.

Was stranded with my dog who couldn’t walk any further. Graeme put my bike in his ute, my dog on the back seat and drove me to my car. Top bloke!!! This sort of kindness from a stranger is certainly the type of person I’d hire for a job. Thanks man!
