Brett Knowles Plumbing

Brett Knowles started installing our brand-new stove however it was not working properly. This was over 12 months ago. We did what he asked, tile the area, among other things. He took the receipt when we bought the stove, and he would not return the receipt and may have lost it. He moved our stove under our car port and made many promises that he will return to fix what happened but never showed up. I will never recommend Brett to anyone in Townsville after trying to ask him over 12 months to fix our stove. I am intending to lodge a complaint against him with QBCC and other relevant agencies.
