UPS

Delivery scheduled for Monday. Wait around all day and they never show.

I call up to complain. Delivery now rescheduled for Tuesday.

I'm here waiting around all day again and all of the sudden tracking status updates to "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt."

You gotta be kidding me?

1 star only and only because zero wasn't an option.

UPS IS One of the worst courier companies i have come across.
They can't follow instructions and thus holds up urgent freight.
From the time the freight leaves the host company or the exporter and by the time it arrives at my destination takes at least 14 to 21 days.

Other Courier Comoanies deliver it within 3 to 5 days.
Also despite leaving delivery instructions it is never followed.

First they take their time to deliver the goods and then they stuff up by not following instructions.
