When I have any packages sent to me through Startrack it is delivered in a van that usually has the Browns Freight signage on the side of it. After contacting StarTrack I found that they subcontract to this business for my area. This specific courier for shepparton will take all the unsuccessfully delivered packages for my area back to the Murchison depot for the night. For my most recent package it is even longer, they attempted a delivery on Tuesday 15/07 10:53am and it is not available for me to collect from any post office 35 hours later, for a supposedly “express” service i think StarTrack picked a winning courier service for efficiency here 👏👏

Absolutely ridiculous, 6 KMs out of town ,won't deliver. ,drop at post office, blame everything and everybody, complete fools
