McDonald's

Got my drive thru order wrong 3 times in a row. When I complained I was accused of being condescending. Given meals and made wait 20 minutes for coffee whilst food got cold. Went inside asked for the manager who was the person who called me condescending. Asked for refund and they couldn't get that together either so I left.
