We purchased a NEW caravan from this business. After three and a half hours travel the caravan has a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE with the suspension. We went back for repair under WARRANTY and were told 'Not Interested', 'Not going to fix the caravan' and 'Not going to spend any money to fix it'. Warranty and After Sales Service is non-existent in our experience. We were also advised incorrectly on towing equipment and batteries.
