He may indeed have been going to add more detail, but we could not know, and he would not specify, what the next stages would cost, so it was like a bottomless pit, with no foreseeable outcome. That was the real problem. Then when pressed for costs, he seemed to take offence, and said he was unable to follow up for 'several months' . That was not acceptable to us, so we are going elsewhere basically wasting what he has so far done.
