New owners since 2015. The park is now nothing like the previous comments. Reception staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you. There are nice big sites, grass and slabs also drive through options. Everything is kept neat and tidy, bathrooms are clean. They have a nice new pool, licensed bar and also some meal options on certain days. Lovely little park, defiantly recommend!

Firstly Bernadette is a personal friend so take no notice of her review and Beth is the owners girlfriend, say no more. They are very rude people and worst managers I have ever met. They treat you like they are doing YOU a favour when you stay, Do not complain for you will be yelled at even if the toilets have not been cleaned for a week, I learnt that the hard way and to get back at me they locked us out of the toilets so we had to walk another 20 meters to next ones. They then proceeded to give keys to everyone else. The other toilets urinal leaks outside and smells terrible in the morning sun, not to mention the 5cm long cockroaches that come out of the drain and 20 odd canetoads outside entrance. They are vindictive and known to use less advantaged people to do odd jobs. DO NOT STAY it will put a bad taste in your mouth.

Our stay a Gunna go caravan park has been wonderful , we have plenty of room to exercise our dogs. The outside bar is very rustic I would call it very Australian nice place to cache up with the locals not to mention the possums that come for a nightly feed .
Gunna go is about nature beautiful shady trees, camp kitchen water saving water.

We stayed at this park during August 2013 for 9 nights. Not once were the toilets or showers cleaned. I dropped some hair out of my brush on the ground and left it there to see what happened. It was still there on the day we left. The toilets smelt, were dirty, dusty, cobwebs and leaves and broken and missing tiles in the toilets and showers. The toilets were not flushing properly and the mens urinal would not flush and was leaking through a broken pipe and outside on the ground. Owner said he was waiting on parts. Come on now, all hardware stores stock pipes etc.
The cost was far to high for a park of this low standard. He had the price advertised at $28 per night . We paid for 1 week @ $190 and then an extra 2 days cost us $30 each. He said that it was dearer for a 1 night stay, but was not advertised as such. Other caravaners told us they were charged the same outragious $30. We were mad to have stayed there, but more than likely would have not gotten a refund if asked.
The water was evidently bore water. We had a white sludgy white powdery mixture in the bottom of our kettle and the coil had a very hard crust build up on it, which took a lot of soakingwith vinegar and a lot of banging to get it off. Not to say what it was doing inside our bodies because we drank it and found out too late. Shouldnt they have had some sort of filtering system on it or warned people?

The office was hardly ever attended. The door was sometimes left open and new customers were left waiting and no one there. There was a sign saying BEEP your horn, but if you werent in a car, - well Ha Ha. As it was August and Cane season the trains went by just a few metres from the caravans all night and day. Not a pleasant experience and lack of sleep. Our friends and I rate the park a 1 out of 5
