They said they would do the job as customers brought them into be inspected, I have two hail damaged vehicles and it appears his word isn’t worth anything, he has now changed his mind and gone back on his words turned us away, the boss spoke with no regard or care, considering i was so considerate to how busy he would be and put no time line in place. I must say my first dealing with the boss was a positive one but it appears when there is heaps of work and your word means nothing, you can leave customers hanging.
