What you have failed to share with the public is indeed the facts.
You were offered to view footage that would disprove your allegation of work actually not being carried out on you vehicle, you declined.
You were offered a refund if indeed the work carried out on your vehicle was not done or if you deemed it unsatisfactory, you declined.
You were also offered to speak with Management, which you also declined.
We would also like to know how you came to the conclusion of being charged double & where this "quote" is. We record all quotes given.
We are proud of our team & thank you to a loyal customer who enlightened us regarding this albeit inaccurate review, it is your freedom of speech to review, but ours to rebut. Thank You.

Very un happy with service given.
Did not do what was asked and quoted on.
Tryed to charge double and problem not fixed.
One staff member very aggresive.
