Beyond 2000 Pest Control

I’ve been using Beyond 2000 Pest Control for over 20 years. They are always professional and happy to discuss any questions or concerns I have. I use this company for both my businesses as well as my home and feedback from my employees has always been very good.

I’ve been using Beyond 2000 now for over 7 years and have never had any issues with their service.

They go above and beyond at inspecting my house and property and are up to date with all the latest information about the chemicals they use.

Very disappointing experiencing.



I got this pest services details as they completed a job at my neighbours house and my neighbours seemed happy with the service provided. I booked them, the technician arrived on time and was initially polite but that’s where the good ended.



I requested that the technician allow me to move my own plants out of the way as I have some expensive and well established plants and he agreed he would but this did not happen.



After finishing the treatment the tech came to the front door and complained about how hot it was and how he is over “this job and working in the sun”. I offered him a cold drink of water which he rudely responded no to. I felt like he was blaming me for him having to work out in the heat (as I got the treatment done in summer) but he chose his job, not me. My friend was also present for this rant and she agreed that he sounded like he was having a go at me.



He then proceeded to tell me that I am only covered for the termite treatment for 12 months if I don’t get them back to review it annually and stated “we know how court works so don’t bother”. When I pushed back and said “I was under the impression this treatment lasts for up to 8 years” he informed me that I was wrong and it’s only 8yrs with regular reviews that you have to pay for! Not happy. I was not told this information when I booked.



But it was after he left that I saw my plants and unfortunately for him, I have large windows in my house and I witnessed what he did (I was going to run out and tell him to stop but it was to late and the damage was done)

He picked up the stand that I had my plants on and put it ON TOP of another plant (killing that plant) which meant it didn’t touch the ground and the whole 4 levelled plant stand fell over, he somewhat caught it but all my plants went flying everywhere. He then picked the empty pots up, threw the plants back into them, left dirt everywhere and killed more than half my plants and did NOT even tell me!!!

He came to the door and didn’t even mention my plants!!!! How rude to damage my property and not mention a word.



I was then left to clean up all the mess he had made at the front of my house and throw out more than half my plants.



I requested he didn’t move my plants and he not only ignored that but he damaged them and left without saying anything. Not even a simply “sorry, iv damaged your plants” or “sorry, let me clean up the mess”.

I then sent him a text message to discuss the plants and let him know how disappointed I was.

He then offered me $200 off the service for all the damaged plants (and if you are a plant person you know that’s not going to cover the damages).



Very unprofessional. Seemed to hate his job. Rude.

There’s plenty of other pest services out there, I’d suggest using one them.
