When measuring up our existing house and discussing our ideas for an extension, they provided professional and useful information, offering alternate suggestions on what could be achieved, because of budgetary issues or what we may have had trouble getting approval for though our local Council.

When we have shown the plans prepared by Elementree Drafting Services to builders for quotations, they have been impressed by the quality of the work.

My husband and I just wanted to put together a short note of our experience with Elementree drafting. We had an idea in our minds what we wanted in our new home, but unfortunately we could not find a building company that could meet all of our needs and requirements they only wanted to change their plans. We went to a home show and met the crew from Elementree drafting they explained to us what they could do so we made a further appointment with them to discuss this further, they made some suggestions to help meet our budget and also our dreams and what we ended up with is a set of plans which exceeded our expectations. We then found a custom builder to bring our plans to reality and is now under construction with completion due in mid 2015. Worst drafting service in Sydney. Tried to charge $15k for basic renovation drawing. Staff are slow and inexperienced too.
