Do you take group bookings?
Our buses carry 1 to 22 passengers and all buses have trailers. We not only do airport & cruise transfers but can deliver you safe & sound to any event.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
Preferably one-week notice, however, we can take bookings at the last minute. We answer the phone from 6am to 8pm.
What services can you provide?
We can provide transport to and from airports, cruise depots, weddings, races, corporate events & social events.
How many buses do you have?
We have 6 buses. 5 of our buses can seat up to 13 people. We have 1 bus that can seat up to 22 people.

Ace shuttle are super organised, reliable and dependable. They have very friendly drivers and make any trip so much less stressful ! I would highly recommend Ace Airport Shuttle for any transport needs. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who are professional and caring !

After returning from Hawaii on a delayed flight we were met by our driver to be told he had forgotten to put our daughters car seat in. What made me FURIOUS was the attitude we received when I conveyed my unhappiness with this.. “Don’t worry if we get pulled over I get the fine.” I actually don’t care about the fine I care about my daughters safety that there was absolutely no regard for. Yes put forget, accidents happen but your have lost a return customer here forever

I've been using this service all the time friendly people and services are excellent. Norma is straightforward person she will inform you right away if anyone will be sharing. Prompt and excellent service. I tried to call other services over the phone very rude and unfriendly so I preferred ACE shuttle.
