Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical

I'm not someone who normally write a review but for this company I am more than happy to make an exception. In my line of work I deal with alot of tradesman and Ben Rafferty's team are very close to the best I have come across. They tick all the boxes: show up when they say they will, look professional & act professional, cant fault their workmanship and they clean up after themselves. All sounds simple but not to many tradesman do these simple things. Well done guys!! definitely 5 stars.

Ben and his team set the benchmark for customer value and quality in this industry. Their efficiency, effectiveness and unprompted attention to customer satisfaction over the smallest of details puts all other air-conditioning operators to shame. As a marketer, I am a very hard to please consumer and I have to say that 'Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical' exceeded my expectations. My advice is, 'forget the rest, just call Ben.'

Ben and his team have done a great job for us. We recently altered the placement of an air conditioning vent in our apartment and replaced all of the old grilles with linear flangeless bar grilles. Ben worked brilliantly with the builders, Pin Point Construction, and Andy, one of Ben's team, has just been to service the unit. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Ben's team just installed a Daikin split system in our house in Leichhardt. I'm sitting here entirely comfortable on a >33 degree day (bliss!!). Anyway, they were really professional, clean, fast and on time. Ben's advice on which machine to install was also really helpful, and they were the best price by far.
