What if my air con does not cool well?
In case your air con does not cool well it means that your unit is most likely low on refrigerant gas.
What if my air con does not heat well?
In case your air con does not heat well it, means that your air con is most likely low on gas or has a faulty reversing valve.
What if my air con does not turn on?
In case your air con does not turn on it means your air con most likely has a faulty indoor fan or the unit could be tripped on an internal fault that needs to be investigated.
What if my air con is making strange noises?
In case your air con is making strange noises that means your air con is most likely due for a service.
What if my air con leaks water?
The drainpipes are most likely blocked or the filters may be dirty.
What if the outside fan is not working?
The fan has most likely burnt out or the fan capacitor may be faulty.
What if my air con does not blow air?
The reversing valve or duct heater is most likely faulty. The unit may also be low on gas.
What if my air con runs excessively but cannot bring the room to a comfortable temperature, e.g. room too hot in summer or too cold in winter?
The unit is most likely low on refrigerant gas.
What if the air con shuts on and off repeatedly?
The unit outdoor coil is most likely blocked with dust/debris. The unit could also be low on gas and is short cycling.
What if some rooms/zones are hot and others cold?
Zone motor dampers are most likely faulty. For all of these problems and any others, it is recommended to call Harmony Air Conditioning for a technician to check and assess the problem so it can be fixed in the most efficient way.

Huss did a great job. As busy as he was in the summer heat, he came over after-hours and fixed the AC quickly and with no fuss. A huge relief to my elderly parents who needed it. Teriffic guy.

We had huss come over to our home today. He came on a Sunday of all days and he was very professional,polite, he was and most importantly a lovley man who knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Huss is a friendly highly skilled and highly recommended air con tech out there. He is the only air con tech who wanted to crawl inside our tight attic space to fix the indoor unit and the ducting system, when the other tech only thought to cut my ceiling gyprocks. Also, when the other air con companies said to replace this & that trying to make you spend a lot of money, Huss said otherwise, because he got the knowledge and skills so he was aware of the problem and managed to get it fixed.
