I recently used JetSet Plumbing to address a significant blockage in my home's piping system, and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of work.
Our plumber, Jem, was truly outstanding from start to finish. His great camera analysis of the situation, quickly pinpointing the root cause of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. The subsequent problem evaluation was thorough and clearly communicated, leaving me with a complete understanding of what needed to be done.
The service execution was excellent, working to flush out the pipes and clear the blockages (tree roots, dirt, leaves, etc.) Beyond the immediate repair, he proposed a valid and appropriate long-term solution to prevent recurrence, which shows a commitment to genuine service rather than just a quick fix.

I cannot recommend Jetset Plumbing highly enough. These guys are professional and hard-working. They are honest and transparent about what needs to be done, and clear about what the real cost will be if you do it cheap, but will offer options if possible. They show up on time, every time, for quotes and jobs., do an exceptional job, even cleaning up to a high standard when they are done.
This is the 2nd major extenal plumbing job they've done for us, alongside a number of small ones like the hot water system and replacing broken taps.
I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now! Thank you to Jem for coordinating and Jacob G, Jacob H, Steve and all the extras that showed up to contribute and get this job done. Amazing work. We are very, very happy!

I used this company awhile back, they tell you they don't charged for leak detection. Once they detect the leak couldn't tell you how much it would costs to fix it. They did the work and I ended up paying 3 times over what others charged. I had a similar leak at a different property and it was a third of the price. I never use this company again!

We recently had Jem from Jetset Plumbing come to fix a blocked sewage drain and a stormwater drain, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, it was clear that Jem was very knowledgeable and experienced. He helpfully explained to us how the drainage system worked and what may be the likely cause of the blockage. What really stood out was his patience; he answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. He even helped with a few extra queries we had about replacing parts for a toilet.
The work (jet blasting) was done efficiently and Jem took care to clean up after the jet blasting and make sure that everything was left clean. We would highly recommend Jem for his expertise and excellent customer service.

I would give more than 5 stars to Zane and Jai, who fixed our drain today, can’t thank you guys enough for your professional attitude and the big friendly smiles, while explaining what was needed to fix the problem. I have their phone number in my contacts list.
