      No. Nikolai Koolik is passionate about resolving conflict out of court and the majority of our clients are able to settle without starting court proceedings.       Do not recommend for Conveyancing. We have used them for other matters but they have lost our business and will not be using them again due to lack of communication, respect, diligence and common courtesy. This has turned us away from using Koolik.
