Estimated $90/hour became $210/hour with an off-sider and apprentice. Yeah, Josh didn't mention I'd be paying to train his apprentice. Part way through the job, stopped replying to emails and texts, calls went to voicemail and I had to get someone else to finish the job. Terms of use prevent me identifying the second contractor which is a pity as he got more done in less time than 3 guys from Rock Electrical and I would have loved to recommend his business over Rock electrical.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thoroughly recommend Rock Electrical Pty Ltd. Josh and his team are highly professional, prompt, and have excellent communication. One part of my electrical job involved a T-up with other services. Josh made sure everything ran like clockwork from start to finish. Everything was removed from site, and my place was left immaculate. They also did a couple of extra jobs that became apparent once they were here. And rapidly organised a plumber to move a non compliant tap fitting. So far, Josh and his team have fixed my point of access electrical connection, installed new electrical outlets, Installed a new metre board, removed external conduits, and installed a heat pump for me. I will definitely be using them to install another heat pump upstairs in the new year.
