I had a regrettable experience with South Eastern Towing recently. Two weeks ago, my car was parked by the roadside, with the left rear wheel suspended. When I tried to move it, the car wouldn’t budge. I called South Eastern Towing for assistance.



Upon arrival, the driver parked their truck about 2 meters in front of my car. He attached a rope to my vehicle and began pulling without assessing the distance properly. Shockingly, the front part of my car was completely damaged during the towing process. To add insult to injury, they charged me $185 for their services.



When I tried to restart the car, all the indicators on the dashboard were flashing. Additionally, when driving uphill, even with the accelerator fully pressed, the speed remained at a mere 20 kms per hour.



I attempted to contact their manager to just get the refund because their service was unacceptable. They assured me that the matter was being investigated by another department. However, it has been two weeks, and I haven’t received a single call or message.



I urge everyone to learn from my experience and avoid using this company’s services.

My car broke down in traffic this morning and when I googled Towing services near me this was one of the options that popped up, after calling 2 other companies and being let down by them... one telling me they wouldnt get to me for 4hrs!
