After being messed around by 2 other companies. I found and called Sam on a Sunday and he came out the next day Australia day, to fix a problem with my split system.
He was prompt courteous and efficient , had it working again in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone wanting that personal service.

Sam was fast, efficient and reliable. We had an old Panasonic unit (approx. 30 years old) and Sam didn't try to fix or upsell us on anything.
Will be going back to SS Refrigeration for all our air conditioning units!

Sam from SS Refrigeration & Airconditioning has been servicing my Breeze Air, Air conditioner for around 10 years or more. Sam is very prompt & efficient in replying to a call. He is thorough in his work ethic & he does an excellent job. I can highly recommend him.

Came to look at my Aircon unit. Took the call out fee $150 +. Nothing fixed. Came back again. Said the wrong unit was faulty. Still nothing was fixed. Said wiring was all wrong etc etc. Quoted over $400 for a supposed fix. I called another technician. Fixed the issue in one session for less than what was quoted by this guy. Technician also said the previous guy might have caused damage to the unit. Horrible. Save your money. looks like collecting call out fees is this guys main business.
