Liz is a very welcoming and warm Receptionist who took extra time to talk to both my daughter and I in a very calm and comforting manner

Reception staff are rude and incompetent. When I asked to book a translator for Mum, the receptionist said she didn't know how to so I had to take leave from work. On another occasion she had billed us wrongly because 'there were two Asian names on the screen and they looked similar.'
Just this morning I called to reschedule one of mum's appointments because she is taking care of her sick mother and the receptionist on the line said 'HA! Again?'
